I like the use of flat colours. Too many designs now use heavy textures in 'clean' designs, which is usually not done very well and distracting. Good use of green as a highlight.
Even though I really like this design, I can't help but feel it is a little cluttered. For example, even though the black box beneath the initial navigation is nice, because there are so many other boxes overlapping things, it loses emphasis and just seems like another random box.

Anyway, good job, keep it up.
